Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $50; $5.99 otherwise
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
